Bellefonte Sunrise Rotary will be hosting for the first time Talleyrand Fall Festival will be held on October 26th from 11:00am to 4:00pm at Talleyrand Park Bellefonte PA. More information about the parade will be coming as plans finalize.
Our Fall Festival will have something for everyone both children and adults with some fresh activities for all!
Food, Games and Hayrides!
Halloween Parade starts at 11am at Bellefonte Elementary School.
