Laurel Spring Cidery is dedicated to being a destination for Apple Cider Wine, extraordinary cocktails, and meaningful experiences. We invite you to join us on this journey as we revel in America's Pioneering spirit together!
Laurel Spring Cidery is set on a picturesque 110-acre mountain farm, featuring a historic log house and barn built in 1809 by Revolutionary War Veteran Daniel Waggoner.
Laurel Spring Cidery specializes in crafting complex, full-bodied apple cider wines made exclusively from high-quality heritage heirloom cider apple varietals, both sourced from our orchard and from partner specialty orchards. Planted in 2012, our orchard is a carefully curated collection of 27 heirloom and wild, indigenous apple varietals that we've grafted to preserve their unique genetic lineage.
The cidery also hosts seasonal events, where guests can enjoy the beauty of nature, take in a sunset, and savor our sophisticated ciders in a welcoming environment.
Laurel Spring Cidery's mission is to produce America's defining cider, rekindling the pioneering spirit that fueled the birth of our nation. One sip, one story at a time.
